When will my order ship?
All orders will ship within 24 hours except for orders placed on Saturdays which will be shipped on Monday.
How will my order ship?
FREE shipping is offered on all orders via USPS Ground Advantage (2-5 Days). For those who would like to receive their item(s) sooner we offer USPS Priority Mail (1-3 Days) at a flat rate of $8 and UPS Next Day Air (1 Day) at a flat rate of $35.
Unfortunately we cannot ship internationally at this time. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, APO and FBO addresses.
How can I track my shipment?
Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with the tracking information. The tracking number will come in the form of a hyperlink for you to track your shipment on usps.com.
What is your return policy?
While we hope you love your item we understand not everything is a perfect match. We accept returns of items in their original packaging within 30 days of the original purchase.
We require you to complete the return form that was included with your item. Please include your return form with the products you wish to return or exchange in your package of returned item(s). We will reimburse the original purchase price to your original method of payment.
Items not returned in their original condition or packaging may have a restocking fee up to 50% at our discretion.
You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (3 to 7 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (2 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 7 business days).
Does my watch come with a warranty?
Your genuine NOTU timepiece is backed by a limited two (2) year manufacturer’s warranty (watches purchased before 8/1/23 are backed by a three (3) year) against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship from the original date of purchase directly from NOTU. This limited warranty covers the following components: hands, dial, markers and watch movement. This limited warranty does not cover the crystal, crown, strap, bracelet, or battery. It does not cover any damage that results from improper use, service, accident, impact, negligence, water intrusion or normal wear and tear. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
