FREE shipping is offered on all orders via USPS Ground Advantage (2-5 Days). For those who would like to receive their item(s) sooner we offer USPS Priority Mail (1-3 Days) at a flat rate of $5.99 and USPS Overnight Express (1 Day) at a flat rate of $34.99.
Unfortunately we cannot ship internationally at this time. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, APO and FBO addresses.
Tracking information will be provided once your order ships via USPS.
Returns Policy
While we hope you love your item we understand not everything is a perfect match. We accept returns of items in their original packaging within 30 days from the delivery of purchase.
We require you to complete a return form. Please email us at info@notuwatches.com to be sent the return form. Please include your return form with the product(s) you wish to return in your package of returned item(s). We will reimburse the original purchase price to your original method of payment.
Items not returned in their original condition or packaging may have a restocking fee up to 50% at store discretion.
You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund faster. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (3 to 7 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (2 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (2 to 5 business days).
